The Job Performer / Work Permit Holder program is a safety-critical training designed to develop competence in executing work under permit-to-work systems across EPC, refinery, construction, and offshore environments. The program covers work permit fundamentals, hazard identification, permit issuance, compliance requirements, and safe work execution aligned with OSHA and API standards. Participants gain practical understanding of PPE usage, Lockout/Tagout procedures, gas detection, safety monitoring, and emergency response. Strong emphasis is placed on communication, coordination, documentation, and permit compliance during task execution.
