Topics include QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITP), material inspection, documentation control, non-conformance management (NCR), audits, and compliance with international standards, ensuring effective quality execution across project lifecycles.
The QA/QC Management program is a comprehensive training designed to develop expertise in quality assurance and quality control across EPC, construction, oil and gas, refinery, and maintenance projects. The program covers quality management fundamentals, QA/QC roles, ISO 9001 standards, QMS documentation, inspection and test planning, material inspection, storage and traceability, welding, civil, mechanical, and coating inspections, and NCR/CAPA management. Participants gain practical understanding of audits, compliance monitoring, inspection checklists, risk-based inspection, documentation, and reporting. Emphasis is placed on hands-on QA/QC practices and quality assurance tools to ensure high standards of project execution and regulatory compliance. By completing the program, learners are equipped to implement robust QA/QC systems and maintain quality excellence across projects.

BE/BTech Engineering or Diploma Engineer with 2 years work experience
