Hazard identification and control cover site hazard inspections, risk assessment techniques, control implementation, and follow-up actions. Safety supervision and monitoring include daily safety rounds, permit monitoring, contractor compliance, and safety observations. Incident management covers accident reporting, investigation support, corrective actions, and regulatory notifications. Training and awareness include toolbox talks, safety inductions, refresher training, and behavioral safety. Fire and emergency preparedness cover fire prevention checks, emergency drills, evacuation coordination, and firefighting readiness. Occupational health monitoring includes health hazard identification, PPE compliance, medical coordination, and health records. Environmental safety practices cover waste management, spill control, environmental inspections, and compliance tracking. Documentation and reporting include daily safety reports, incident records, inspection logs, and client reporting.
