Worksite hazard control includes job hazard analysis, safe work methods, risk mitigation, and supervision controls. Permit to work supervision covers permit verification, worksite compliance, coordination with operations, and permit closure. Safety communication and leadership include toolbox talks, safety meetings, behavior correction, and motivation techniques. Incident response and reporting cover immediate response, incident documentation, root cause participation, and corrective action tracking. Fire and emergency supervision includes emergency preparedness, drill supervision, evacuation management, and firefighting coordination. Occupational health oversight covers PPE enforcement, heat stress monitoring, hygiene supervision, and health reporting. Environmental compliance monitoring includes waste handling checks, spill prevention, environmental inspections, and corrective measures. Documentation and reporting include supervisory safety reports, inspection records, permit logs, and handover notes. Audit and client interface covers audit participation, client safety meetings, close-out actions, and continuous improvement.
