Contracts and PO management covers PO creation, terms & conditions, change management, and claims awareness. Expediting and logistics include expediting methods, inspection coordination, transportation planning, and delivery assurance. Quality and inspection cover ITP coordination, material inspection, NCR handling, and acceptance process. Risk management includes supply chain risks, market volatility, alternate sourcing, and mitigation planning. Documentation and reporting cover procurement reports, audit trail, compliance records, and client reporting. Shutdown and project procurement includes critical spares, bulk procurement, turnaround support, and time-bound sourcing.
